Surgical Injuries

Dr. Abouali has specialized fellowship training in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery (camera surgery).  Common injuries he performs surgery for include the following:

Non-Surgical Injuries

Dr. Abouali also has advanced training to treat non-surgical injuries.  These treatments include ultrasound-guided injections using regenerative medicine, such as Autologous Protein Solution (nSTRIDE), Platelet rich plasma (PRP) & hyaluronic acid (viscosupplementation)

If surgery is not required, what else can I do?

Many orthopedic injuries can be treated equally well, if not better, with non-surgical measures.  Often, this will include a structured program with a physiotherapist, use of customized bracing, or injections to supplement your healing.  Dr. A will be happy to give his recommendations to you.
